Spielberg, Eat Your Heart Out

Okay, maybe he's not worried. But if dad hadn't talked about "what he talks about," (we don't like to talk about it around here...well, at least Maia doesn't....) I'm sure I'd be up for some sort of award here. Taken today.

This is totally my FIRST You-tube video upload, so if it's too big, or too choppy, or whatever, forgive. I'll learn fast.

i am so jealous! mine will barely hold on to my neck while i dip her quickly in the water, before she asks to go back to dry land. she's SO CAUTIOUS!

it's a little bit terrifying... Maia is SOOO brave she will jump in when you're at the other end of the pool. But she's also smart about it and doesn't do it if she thinks you're too far away. Thank god we invested in the expensive pool fence. :)

yea, i'd be uneasy about that. but still...it's so lovely to see them dive right in.

good job on this blog; only problem so far i see is a delayed issue with it loading my comments and sometimes not recognizing that wordpress is an open source. don't know....just electronic kinks, i suppose.

Hmmm-- I don't think I have anything to do with the comments bit. I told blogger to recognize open source/wordpress, so maybe it's just being glitchy overall today or something.

It is great for them to dive right in. It took about five pool days to get that, actually. Last summer, they were little fish, but at first this sumemr, they forgot everything and held on like scared monkeys. They almost choked me! But now they're getting back into (wait for it) the swim of things. :)
